Qingsong Zhao received Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University in 2018.

He is a PC member of CSCN2022, GIIS2022, IECON2022, ISIE23, and a member of IEEE IES Technical Committee on CWAIA. He has served as a reviewer for the following journals: Security and Communication Networks, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing, IEEE Network Magazine, IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, Concurrency and Computation Practice and Experience, Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, etc.
