Call for PhD Student Symposium

The ICSIP 2025 PhD Student Symposium provides a platform for graduate students to present their research, exchange ideas, and connect with peers and experts in sustainable and intelligent phytoprotection. Whether you are in the early stages of exploration or nearing dissertation completion, this symposium offers invaluable opportunities to:

• Showcase your research ideas, methodologies, and preliminary findings
• Receive constructive feedback from mentors and fellow researchers
• Network with a diverse academic community

Submission Guidelines
  We welcome submissions from PhD students at any stage of their research. Your submission should include the following in a single PDF file:

  1. Extended Abstract (max. 2 pages, including references):

• Research motivation & objectives
• Methodology & preliminary results
• Expected contributions to the field

  2. One-Page CV:

• Academic background & current PhD progress
• Expected graduation timeline
• Relevant research/professional experience

How to Submit
  There are two ways to participate in the ICSIP 2025 PhD Student Symposium:

  1. Direct Submission (Recommended for Early-Stage Research)
  Email your PDF submission (Extended Abstract + CV) to the PhD Student Symposium Co-Chairs with the subject line:

“ICSIP 2025 PhD Student Symposium Submission – [Your Name]“

  2. Through Frontiers in Plant Science Publication Pathway (For Mature Research)
  Submit a manuscript (Mini Review, Data Report, or other accepted types) to our conference’s dedicated Research Topic:
  “Highlights of the 1st International Conference on Sustainable and Intelligent Phytoprotection (ICSIP 2025)“in Frontiers in Plant Science

  AND send your symposium participation request (including your submitted manuscript details) to the Co-Chairs

  Note: Both submission approaches require contacting the Symposium Co-Chairs to complete your participation registration.
