Registration Instructions for ICSIP 2025

Thank you for your interest in registering for ICSIP 2025. To complete your registration, please follow the procedure below:

Step 1: Bank Transfer Payment

Please transfer the registration fee to the following account:

• Account Name: Nanjing Agricultural University（南京农业大学）
• Account ID: 4301010609001097041

Important: During the transfer, you must include a specific remark in the payment notes section in English or Chinese, based on your participant type.

1. If you are an author who submitted a paper:
   author-student / author-non-student + Your Full Name + Paper ID
   Example: author-student_Zhang San_1234*
2. If you are a regular attendee (non-author):
   student / non-student / Corporate attendee + Your Full Name + Your Institution
   Example: non-student_Zhang San_ABC University
3. If you are a journal editor:
   Journal Editor + Your Full Name + Your Institution
   Example: Journal Editor _Zhang San_ABC University

Step 2: Send Registration Confirmation Email

After completing the bank transfer, please send a confirmation email to icsip2025@gmail.com(cc: nann.ding@njau.edu.cn) with the subject line: “ICSIP2025 Registration Confirmation – [Your Full Name] – [Your Institution]”.

The email MUST include the following information:

• Full Name
• Country/Region
• Institution/Affiliation
• Email Address (This will be used to send the e-invoice)
• Screenshot/Proof of Bank Transfer (Clearly showing the transfer details, amount, date, and the required remark)
• Invoice Information (The official name of your institution/company as well as the Tax Identification Number (TIN))

Important Notes:

Your registration will be officially confirmed only after both the payment has been received and the confirmation email has been processed.
